Our Mission
Hire Power Technical Staffing was established to offer its clients the marketing edge in the recruitment of top-quality, highly talented, and compatible candidates.
We fulfill this mission through a combination of online-candidate recruiting activities with a full-service approach, both backed by a wealth of IT and staffing experience. This strategy enables us to meet both client and candidate in a timely and efficient manner.
Our History
Founded almost three years ago, Hire Power Technical Staffing is the vision of its President, Adam Solomon, who realized that the human capital needs of IT companies are best served by IT professionals. Our company knows what clients are seeking, their expectations, and their staffing needs. We know because, as technology professionals, we expect the same thing.
Our recruiters, therefore, understand and are knowledgeable about the IT market and can facilitate the detailed evaluations of candidates that other staffing services pass on to their clients. Based on that premise, the company has grown quickly and now serves clients in the public and private sectors with a full-range of IT staff.
Summary of Our Services
Hire Power offers flexible staffing solutions to premier organizations worldwide that require technical expertise on demand. Projects range from complex e-business and web-development initiatives to enterprise wide application development and technical system support. The technology professionals we deploy, on either a contract, contract-to-hire or full-time basis, include software developers, project managers, database specialists, networking and internetworking specialists, and help desk support professionals.
IT-Knowledgeable Managers and Recruiters
Hire Power uses the talents of its managers and recruiters to ensure that its clients receive the most appropriate, qualified and capable candidates from which to make their selection.
Adam Solomon: Mr. Solomon founded Hire Power Technical Staffing with more than a dozen years of experience in the Information Technology field. As the company's President, Mr. Solomon's uses his experience in business development, client and project management, technical documentation and implementation, and online marketing and promotions 
Linda Shaprio: Ms. Shapiro has been in recruitment and human resource consulting for over 20 years. Her expertise spans such disciplines as accounting/finance, real estate, legal, e-marketing, hospitality, health care, and the IT industries. Linda brings a wealth of talent in business development, as well as marketing strategy knowledge. Her tenure in the industry, coupled with her networking ability, has enabled Linda to establish long term client and candidate referral relationships. 
Olivier Ludunge: Mr. Ludunge is a Technical Recruiter who possesses 10+ years of experience. He has held a variety of positions throughout his career including, but not limited to, Recruiting Director, Sr. IT Recruiter, and HR Staff Specialist. He is well versed in the recruitment of IT professionals and has recruited for cleared and non-cleared professionals with SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Hyperion, Cognos, Ariba, J2EE, JAVA, EPM, and SOA experience 
Caryn Solomon: Caryn co-founded Hire Power Technical Staffing with her husband Adam in 2007 and serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
